Paul Larouche was born in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. At the age of 14 he was faced with severe anxiety and was not able to leave his home, forcing him to be home schooled and to seek frequent therapy. From being confined inside, he started using a camera his mom had bought him and started making short films. As time went on, and the anxiety began to fade, he eventually took on acting classes to help build his craft and become more comfortable in front of the camera. He soon discovered that he had a passion for acting and all he wanted to do was surround himself in film and develop himself as a performer.
