William Wakeland was born and raised in Austin, TX, Wakeland attended Trinity Episcopal School from second to eighth grade. In eighth grade, Wakeland participated in the play "The Outsiders". He went on to win Best Actor in Central Texas for his portrayal of the character Ponyboy. Wakeland attended Culver Military Academy in Culver, IN on the Huffington Scholarship, a merit scholarship for superb acting ability. After four years, he appeared in many plays and musicals, including "Les Miserables" and "How to Succeed in Business without Trying".
