Louis Findlay is a versatile actor from Kent. As a boy he began acting at a local theatre during the summer holidays and took occasional classes of a weekend. Equipped with an avid interest in performing he was encouraged by his grandmother to pursue an acting career and quickly enrolled him into Sylvia Young Theatre School, but due to unforeseen family matters he had to decline when his parents divorced. In his teens he studied GCSE Drama at the Leigh City Technology College and further went on to study A-Level drama at the Leigh Academy. He began performing in such plays as Sweeney Todd where he played not only Judge Turpin but also Professor Fogg too when a fellow student dropped the course. When leaving school, he gained his first taste for professionalism as an extra in many productions before he was cast as Sydney Valentine in Krish and Lee by Uk glamour model and actress Jessica - Jane Stafford. Louis continued working as an extra for many years to come and appeared in many projects such as short film, tv shows and music videos often being cast as the "Jude Law" type of character. During his twenties, he began to see a pattern emerging where he was quickly becoming typecast. He decided to seek other roles that were the opposite of his appearance. When he announced he wanted to pursue dark and sinister roles. His piers around him were sceptical and advised him that he should stick to what he was good at. However he was thrown a life line when he was given the opportunity to showcase his talents when cast as Glocks - a notorious gang leader of the Kilburn Estate in Lost In Mozart (short). He won over audiences after his portrayal of lightweight champion - Patrick in Atem Kuol's boxing drama - Way Out. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Patricia Condon
