Thomas Canestraro

Thomas Canestraro was born in Vitry Sur Seine, France. He is of French and Italian ancestry. His Father is of Italian descent and was an Amateur French Footballer who ascended through his clubs ranks nearly making Nationals. Recognizing Thomas' talent, Canestraro's father supported Thomas' athleticism by attending every fight and daily practice. In 2011, Canestraro received his Masters Degree from The National Institution of Physical Education (INSEP), a school that combines rigorous secondary education with elite-level athletic training. While pursuing his studies at INSEP, Canestraro was on the competitive Boxing, Swimming and Rugby team. Career Canestraro began training in the Martial Arts and Combat Sports at the age of six years old. In 2002, Canestraro won his first title at sixteen years old, taking the World Championship in Light Contact Kickboxing. Prior to retiring professionally in 2009, Canestraro would also add 5 Kickboxing Championships, 2 Boxing Championships, 6 Full Contact Kickboxing Championships and 11 Light Contact Kickboxing Championships to his mantelpiece. Canestraro is part of a new generation of Combat Fighters who had developed his own dynamic style of martial arts to win close to 300 fights in both his Amateur and Professional Career. Known for his strength, agility and speed, Canestraro quickly became "the one to watch" on the European Championship Kickboxing Circuit. In 2011, Canestraro moved to NY to pursue a career in Acting and Modeling.
