A Boston native, Jay Thomas Fox is a family man, actor, and entrepreneur. In a few short years he has taken the acting world by storm, i.e., lead in an internationally televised TV show, supporting roles in multi-award-winning films, pilots, shorts, commercials, music videos, and pivotal roles in an assortment of full-features, shorts, and documentaries, with respective spring/summer/fall 2019 release dates. Notably, Jay was the lead actor in the Investigation Discovery TV series, 'Guilty Rich' (S1:E3) 'Deadly Delusions' which portrayed the downward spiral of multi-millionaire, John du Pont, his 'Foxcatcher' wrestling team, and ultimate murder of Olympic Gold Medalist, Dave Schultz. Moreover, Jay played Captain O'Donnell in the award-winning psychological thriller, 'Disposable' - a finalist at the 2017 Hoboken International Film Festival (considered "a top-10 worldwide" by Fox & Time Warner) - and won 'Best Thriller' at the 2017 Buffalo Niagara International Film Festival. Jay's brush with acting dates back decades: a casting finalist in Randal Kleiser's 'Blue Lagoon' (1980); featured in the opening scene of Savage Steve Holland's, 'One Crazy Summer' (1984); and a print model in his 20's... As his body of work continues to grow, Jay projects a "magnum opus mindset" into each new production. When asked how you became an actor, he quips, "Being smack-dab-in-the-middle of nine siblings hardwired me to handle just about anything." With family (and close actor friends) in NYC and LA, Jay looks to make a bi-coastal impact. When not in front of a camera, Jay spearheads a boutique sales company while also burning the midnight oil developing a cutting-edge software. If not with family, onset, or architecting tomorrow's technologies, he is likely on a wrestling mat somewhere in New England. At 56, Jay is one of the oldest (open tournament) competitive wrestlers in the United States.
