Adele James is a British actress. Born and raised in South West London, Adele is the eldest of 4 siblings. She first discovered her passion for acting at secondary school, where she played the understudy of Mrs Casper in an all-female production of Kes, after which her mother proclaimed that she "had found her calling". Since then, Adele has passionately pursued full-time and part-time acting training, graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelors degree in Drama, and trained briefly at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York City. She has also performed on both on and off-West End stages, as well as on-screen in TV and Film. In recent years Adele has also established herself as a screenwriter with her debut "Best Screenplay" award-winning short film, Last Call, and her online comedy pilot, That's What She Said, among other exciting film projects; such as developing her own TV pilot for the British Broadcaster Channel 4. Adele's aim as a writer and an actor is to contribute to the positive representation of demographics that, in her experience, remain marginally underrepresented in mainstream media. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
