Diem Camille Gbogou

Diêm Camille, born Diêm Camille Gbogou on March 24, 1992, in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. At age 5, she moved permanently to Denmark with her father. At age 10 Diêm knew that she wanted to be an actress due to her love for old dramatic Western movies. Because of her comedic nature and versatile facial expressions, Diem starred in several TVC's since high school (2009), where she studied drama and music, while attending an athletics club. After finishing high school, she studied her native tongue French, as well as sociology and chemistry in 2012. Soon after, she was accepted into Copenhagen Business School, and graduated in English and organizational communication in 2016. A month later she had already starred in her first feature film, and many more short films and TV series were to come. In 2017, she landed her first role on the Danish hit TV series "Warrior" released on Netflix, as well as a role in the feature film "Queen of Hearts". In 2018, she landed her first comedic role on the hit web series "29" season three, titled "31". Diêm is known for her high energy, professionalism, and eagerness to use her background in athletics to perform in physical scenes. Parallel to Diêm's acting career, she worked as a boom operator in the two short films "Stranger Card" and "Venner i dag (Friends today)", as a production assistant, and as a producer assistant.
