Jeff plays Greg Mondonski in Greg & Donny, a single-camera, scripted comedy about two friends who have known each other their entire lives and who grew up and live in a small town in western Pennsylvania. Created, written by and starring Skowron and Matt Yeager, "Greg & Donny," which is based on their web series, won IFC's "Out of the Box" award at the New York Television Festival. The award is given to the most innovative or genre-expanding pilot in competition. IFC developed "Greg & Donny", tapping Troy Miller and Dakota pictures to direct and produce the pilot. Since moving to Los Angeles, Skowron has worked extensively in LA theatre, winning the 2013 Ovation award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for his dramatic portrayal of Leo Frank in "Parade", the true story of Leo Frank, a Northern Jewish man at the turn of the century who was wrongfully accused and lynched for the murder of Mary Phagan. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) was formed in response to the antisemitism surrounding Leo Frank's trial and lynching. At the 2017 New York Television Festival, Skowron won Best Actor in a Drama series for his work in "Max Riddle," a half hour dramedy series he and his co-writer Matt Yeager are developing with Executive Producer Evan Shapiro. Classically trained with extensive theatre credits at the nation's most prestigious theatres, Jeff also played leading roles in the Broadway productions of "Enron", "The Lion King", "Beauty and the Beast", "High Society" and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". Skowron also created the role of 'Chris Bell' opposite Hugh Jackman in "The Boy From Oz". - IMDb Mini Biography By: Rod Reem
