Sunny Chen

Sunny immigrated to Burnaby, British Columbia at six years old, and attended high school in Langley. She found her true, weird self in the arts. As a teen, she traveled North America with her choirs and concert band to perform at various international music festivals (e.g. the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival in Idaho). Sunny completed her BA in psychology and English literature. She starred as Janet Weiss in a university production of "The Rocky Horror Show", and recorded covers of Lana Del Rey's discography. This combination sparked her original love for performance again, and a renewed interest in theatre. (Her first lead role was Rudolph in a 4th grade musical.)
