Nick Austin was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA as Nicholas Samuel Austin and was raised in the nearby town of Southbridge, Massachusetts. His mother is an airline flight attendant, and is of Greek descent. His father is a United States Marine and is of Scottish and Irish descents. Nick has an older brother who is a pilot in the United States Marine Corps. In high school, Austin trained at a local boxing gym and upon graduation he received "class comedian" as a superlative. He credits that is what led him to purse becoming an actor. Austin attended Quinsigamond Community College where he earned his associates degree, his plan was to further his education by going on to flight school to become an airline pilot. In the winter of 2014 Austin was chosen to be an extra in the movie Bleed For This after hearing about the film while he was with his trainer one night in Providence, Rhode Island. Austin worked for a paint company as well as a property management company learning trades before he decided to fully pursue acting. It wasn't until mid-2017 when he began to work full-time as an actor. He left Massachusetts at the end of 2017 to Miami, Florida.
