Monica Giraldo was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 1, 1991. She became heavily involved with the arts from an early age and continued to train in acting. Monica attended Elmhurst College where she was a nominee for the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship for her performance as Girl in Mother Hicks. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors degree in Theatre and relocated to Burbank, CA. She continued to pursue a career in entertainment with an interest in business when she joined the team at Stein Entertainment Group.
