Kip was Born in Washington D.C. The son of Richard and Ginny Weeks. His father is a retired diplomat of the United States Foreign Service. Kip started traveling the world at 6 months old when the family moved to Bogota Colombia. Kip has lived through out South and Central America and spent 3 years in Lagos Nigeria. Has lived in Key West Florida, Los Angeles California, and Wilmington NC. It was in Wilmington NC, known as Hollywood East that Kip began acting.
