Carol Kolb is an American writer and producer, known for The Onion News Network (2007), for which she was a writer for, before becoming the editor. She has also been a writer for Community (2009), Kroll Show (2013), and Review (2014) among others. Kolb was also the co-founder of the Madison Museum of Bathroom Tissue which was established in 1992 before closing in 2000.
