Ursula is the daughter of Carol Knoll, a registered nurse, and Brian Triplett, a Yale University School of Medicine Graduate and Partner/CEO of medical corporations. She is of German, English, Scottish, and Irish descent. Ursula has two sisters and a brother. Although very shy as a small child, working experiences in her teenage years contributed to her becoming the outgoing and energetic person she is today.
