Sidney Powell was born in Durham, North Carolina and grew up in Raleigh. She is a graduate of Needham Broughton High School and the University of North Carolina with a B.A. and a J.D. She obtained her undergraduate and law degrees at a young age, and she began her legal career as the youngest United States Attorney in the country.
