B. Cherie Patterson, a Texas native, began acting in earnest in 2014. Her very first audition landed her the role of Minnie Dove Charles in Pearl Cleage's "Flyin' West." The play went on to be nominated for and win several local awards, including the prestigious Ruby Griffith's Award. She transitioned to film as her primary acting pursuit in 2016. Since then, she's most notably played Harriet Tubman for the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Park visitor center documentary and Naomi Wallace in the award-winning short film "Four Points." In late 2018, she began pursuing passions behind the camera with her own production company, Salute The Moon Productions with "Londyn and James," which premiered July 2019 to a sold out crowd. The success of the premiere enabled Salute The Moon to become an LLC shortly afterward. She's been running it ever since. - IMDb Mini Biography By: B. Cherie Patterson
