Michaels grew up in the deep south. She spent summers on her grandparent's farm in South Carolina where she played hide and seek in the corn field, and rode the neighbor's mule through his pine groves. She moved to Southern California in her early 20's to pursue a career in the film industry. While working as a busy make-up artist for popular glamor photographers, Michaels started modeling and doing television commercials. In the 13 years that the television series "Dallas" was on the air, the role of Pamela Barnes Ewing was only once played by an actress other than the series original. That actress was Margaret Michaels. A year later executive producer Leonard Katzman requested Michaels return to "Dallas" and in the new role of Jeanne O'Brien, a real estate agent who has a romantic fling with Bobby Ewing. In an interview for a book about the popular television show, Michaels was quoted as saying "working with Patrick Duffy was a joy, he is a true professional and gentleman". On the daytime series "Santa Barbara" Michaels took on the feisty role of Santana Andrada, working opposite actors A. Martinez and Lane Davies. She played the role of Nora, in the Beverly Hills Playhouse production of "All This and Moonlight" with fellow daytime actress Mary Beth Evans. Michaels has written several screenplays, has a television series which is being pitched under her Bedford Drive Production banner and under the Jasmine Road LLC umbrella, is producing a feature film with her partners. She's married to Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Dr. Richard W. Fleming, has three cats, Sport, Scooter, and Dice and remains an avid equestrian, loving and riding horses most of her life. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
