Michael was born in Winnipeg, Canada, and now splits his time between Toronto and Krakow, Poland. He has had an extensive career in the theatre, film and television, known for his roles in Lucky Number Slevin, Fever Pitch, Suits and the most recent Wojtek Smarzowski film, Wesele. He plays Roy Sanders on the popular Polish series, Na Wspólnej. Michael ran Toronto's SummerWorks Festival for eight year, and later founded CanadaHub at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
