Conlan was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, where he played lacrosse and football in HS. In 2015, he attended the University of Hawaii and earned a business degree. But, soon after graduating, Conlan discovered his love for acting while working on the CBS television series, "Hawaii Five-O". He immediately began to study acting with renowned coaches, Sally Jackson, Gerry Grennell and Margaret Doversola.
