British actor Nathan Head is best known for his work in the horror genre, notably for playing the killer clown Trinc in The Midnight Horror Show (2014) and the mysterious Mythology expert in the 2013 mock-buster Exorcist Chronicles (2013). The Midnight Horror Show (2014) entered the Asda DVD charts at number 19, maintaining a position in the top 40 for two weeks, and Exorcist Chronicles (2013) gained a lot of recognition in North America upon its release via Time Warner Cable which led to Nathan appearing on the BBC to talk about his career in the horror genre. Other titles that Nathan Head is recognised for include Jurassic Predator (2018), horror anthology Blaze of Gory (2016), martial-arts sequel Yip Man 4 (2019), Troma's Grindsploitation (2016), 88 Films's Hellriser (2017) and The Toymaker (2017) (the first prequel to the Sony Pictures Robert The Doll series). The Toymaker (2017) was showcased on Sky Cinema in the Sky Store as well as being featured on Lisa Cannon's TV3e entertainment show Box Office (2017) on Irish TV, Hellriser (2017) was nominated for 'Best Thriller' at the 2018 National Film Awards and Jurassic Predator (2018) reached number 2 at the HMV DVD Premiere charts upon its UK release. Nathan Head originally trained in Manchester, where he took acting classes at the Northern Actors Centre, whose patrons included Sarah Lancashire, Shobna Gulati and Brigit Forsyth, he later attended regular acting workshops at various studios while working in local independent productions and fringe theatre to help build up his credits and establish himself as a performer on the entertainment scene. After working on the cult BBC science-fiction show Doctor Who (2005), Nathan Head starred in the five-star comedy play Battered Egos at the Salford Arts Theatre and the recognition from this 2008 performance led to Nathan being cast as the antagonist Raymond Korkinsky in the award-winning comedy film Mark Macready and the Archangel Murders (2009). The Archangel Murders was hailed "British independent film at it's best" and became an overnight success, it got a limited UK cinema release supporting Someone's Knocking at the Door (2009) over the 2009 Hallowe'en weekend as well as having scenes broadcast on regional television and later being shown at the prestigious 63rd Festival De Cannes in 2010, Nathan also voiced a character in the animated spin-off Mark Macready Underworld Tales (2010). - IMDb Mini Biography By: Nathan Head's Management
