Edgar Roche was born on March 30th, 1982 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. His parents, Edgardo Roche and Myrna Echevarria, raised him in a warm and loving environment. As he matured, Edgar found interest and passion in the world of performing arts and decided to join the elementary School of Performing Arts in Ponce, PR. After some time, Edgar found interest in acting, dancing and painting. He trained rigorously in all sorts of techniques under well respected instructors. Edgar graduated high-school in 2000, he decided to start a bachelor in Arquitecture, but after two years, he decided to take a break from his academics and pursue his art further. This is where he found his calling. He discovered that his true passion was to an audience and sought to advance his professional career in all aspects. He decided to join the University of Sacred Heart in Santurce, PR. After several years he finished his bachelor in Arts of Communication with a concentration in Acting. Looking for that creative outlet, Edgar moved to New York City. In NYC he became a professional actor and dancer. He performed for several off Broadway musicals like; Chicago, Annie and Rent. There, he promised himself he would pursue his true calling as an artist. He moved to Los Angeles, California to continue his studies in acting. He has studied with Stella Aller, Santa Monica Playhouse and The Acting Studio at Edgemar with Michelle Danner. Edgar has been living in Los Angeles for 8 years now, has worked on numerous short films, music videos, commercials and feature films like Ghost Goggles (2014) and Lake of Fire (2015).
