Michael John Treanor

Michael John Treanor is a British actor born in Liverpool on the 13th of July 1983.When he was 7 years old his family emigrated to Spain where he spent the next 20 years of his life before returning to Liverpool in 2010 so he is also fluent in Spanish. Michael became a bouncer at the age of 16 in Alicante and by the age of 20 he was head doorman of two of the biggest clubs in the area so from an early age he was handling stressful situations which give him fantastic tools for his acting trade. In 2010 he returned to the UK to help his Mum take care of his disabled brother Christopher who has autism.It was then Michael started going to drama school and fell in love with the beautiful art of acting and knew he had found his calling in life.Michael was also an unlicensed boxing Champion and bare knuckle fighter and would fight most weekends to earn money from 2010 to 2013 when he decided to hang his gloves up. Michael has appeared in 3 major feature films,one of which he had the pleasure of going to Cannes Film Festival to see himself on the big screen called 'The World Is Yours' directed by Romain Gavras.He has also appeared in many short films,Theatre productions and even got to fight the boxing heavyweight Champion of The world Anthony Joshua in a fantastic Lucozade commercial. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Michael John Treanor
