Chen Tang

Hailing from Guangxi, Southern China, and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Chen Tang is a Los Angeles and Beijing based actor. As a Chinese citizen and US Permanent Resident and fluent in both Mandarin and English, he is fortunately to be able to work easily between both Hollywood and China. He has appeared in numerous lead and supporting roles in studio and independent films, most recently "Escape Plan 2: Hades" opposite Sylvester Stallone, Dave Bautista, 50 Cent, and Huang Xiaoming, a subtle, complex turn in the independent film "The Jade Pendant" opposite Tzi Ma and Godfrey Gao, as well as the hit comedy "Let's Be Cops". Roles on TV include "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (ABC), "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC), "Rosewood" (FOX), "30 Rock" (NBC) and "Fresh Off the Boat" (ABC). He notably recurred in the role of Yong-Jin Kim, Gabrielle Union's hotshot producer, on "Being Mary Jane" (BET). Other recurring roles include "Bosch" (Amazon), "Delocated" (Adult Swim) and "The Thundermans" (Nickelodeon).
