Leo Hatton was born in London, England. She received a classical training under Christopher Fettes and Giles Foreman. In 2009, Leo was cast in her first professional theatre job, Punchdrunk and Adam Curtis' It Felt Like A Kiss for the BBC and the Manchester International Festival. Leo went on to work as a set designer in the art department for Punchdrunk Theatre Company across four years. During this time, she also studied a BA in Fine Art and History of Art at Goldsmiths College, London for which she was awarded a 2:1. Recent credits include being cast in Wes Anderson's short film for H&M alongside Adrian Brody (2016) and Shekhar Kapur's Will (2017).
