BMI and SAG-AFTRA recording artist/composer, Natasha Kojic, was born on July 20th in Serbia, former Yugoslavia. She entered the international music scene in 2004 with her hit debut single, "Oko plavo" (Blue eyes) that went No. 1 on the Yugoslavia hot 100 pop radio charts. Her success continued with many more albums, and continues today. In 2005 she released her second major hit single "Idu." These international hits were followed in 2007 with the album "Fatalna" (Fatal girl), and early 2008 she released another hit single "Gde si ti" (A song). Since 2004 she has appeared frequently on many European television networks such as MTV, RTS, Bravo and the rest of major networks in Europe and have performed all over the world. After graduating with a master's degree at Music Academy in Serbia (Music Theory) she was granted a full scholarship from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, where she continued her education in film scoring. After her studies, she made a turn in her career by moving to U.S. focusing on composing music for motion pictures and acting. Her principal instruments are piano and voice. She also orchestrates, arranges, and produces music. Her favorite film composers are: her mentor: Christopher Young, Bernard Herrman, Thomas Newman, Angelo Badalamenti, Hans Zimmer and Trent Reznor.
