Charlie Kranz

Originally from Mundelein, Illinois, Charlie is the grandson of German and Sicilian immigrants. He is best known as the bad-tempered Clipper, "Lars" on AMC's Into The Badlands and as nice-guy "Bob Tushy" in the comedy feature Miss Conception (with Heather Graham). Recent credits include "Mike" (son of Tom Berenger's "Ray") in the comedy Supervized, as "Laurent Legault" in the thriller Justice Dot Net and in the upcoming season 6 of Vikings. Past credits include Batman Begins, The Honeymooners, The Clinic and several independent films and shorts. Charlie's diverse theatre credits include the World Premiere of A Cry From Heaven at The Abbey Theatre, the Irish Premieres of both The Laramie Project and Featuring Loretta and with The International Improv in the Kilkenny Cat Laughs Comedy Festival. In Los Angeles, Charlie studied long-form improvisation at iOWest where he performed for several years. He also wrote and performed sketch comedy with Geek Messiah and was a member of the improvised podcast "The Expertologists".
