Victor Serfaty

Victor Serfaty was born in Madrid and moved with his family to Toronto in 1967. He is the oldest child of Moses and Sara Serfaty and has 1 sister. He attended the Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto before going to York University for his post secondary studies. After graduating with a degree in Economics in 1988 he went into business.
