Issa is Sayu Ogiwara's older brother who runs the Ogiwara Foods Corporation, a large food manufacturing company that is famous throughout Japan. After Sayu's disappearance, Issa was the one who made the effort and personally tracked her to Tokyo, finally pinning down her location around the neighbourhood in which her part-time job in a convenience store is located. He was observing Sayu inside his luxury car and when he finally entered the convenience store he was not able to make contact with her.
