Carla Vargas is the daughter of Castor Vargas, granddaughter of Excel Walter, and friend to Liscia Elfrieden. She was formally the second-in-command to the Air Force of the Vargas Duchy and is currently a slave/maid to Kazuya Souma and Liscia.\n \n Like her father, Carla is headstrong and stubborn, with extreme pride.
