Ramon Nuñez was born in Manhattan, and raised in The Bronx, NY. He is the youngest of four siblings. His mother is a nurse, and his father, Ramon Nunez, is a landscape and sprinkler designer. Both of his parents are of mainly Dominican decent & Spaniard ancestry. His parents separated when he was a toddler. Being raised by a single mother influenced Ramon to become an actor. For the most part Nuñez spent his childhood being raised by his mother, older brother, Darrin, and extended family. He would go to school, return home and repeat everyday. His mother gave him & his brother the best life given the circumstances. There was not enough flexibility for him to have a social life at the time. Which led to him watching a great amount of television. Nuñez grew up being exposed to many films & shows. His brother secretly showed him rated R movies. Exposing him to greats such as: Robert De Niro, Johnny Depp. As a child Nuñez would watch the hit Disney series "Even Stevens". The show was starred by Shia LaBeouf. While watching Shia's performance Ramon thought to himself, "I can seriously do that!" Not too long after the show's run, Ramon's mother bought a digital camera. Which he took full advantage of by creating sketches. Eventually he uploaded his videos onto YouTube, Myspace. Approaching his middle school graduation, he would submit himself to auditions with acting agencies & performing arts high schools. He was not admitted into a school for the arts. And his mother was unable to manage a child actor. Ramon had to put his acting career on the back burner while transitioning into high school. Ramon attended Riverdale Kingsbridge Academy (RKA). He went through several phases in high school; all which made him who he is today. His senior year led him back towards acting. Between emceeing several of his school events and making morning announcements, this all earned him the nickname as "The Voice of RKA". Once entering college, SUNY Westchester Community College, he took on multiple student films both on & off campus. Eventually he signed with his agent, which led to him landing several roles. His television debut was on the CBS series Bull (2017), portraying a professional eSports video game player. Followed by the Fox series Gotham (2017), playing a thief. Nuñez made his film debut as Jason in First Reformed (2017). In which he briefly featured opposite Ethan Hawke; under the direction of Paul Schrader.
