Lara Binamé is a Canadian actress of European descent. She was born in 1990, in Montreal, Quebec. Her father, Charles Binamé, is a Belgian-born critically acclaimed Canadian director and her mother, a British producer. Growing up, she would spend time on set; watching her father work in and around the film industry, and took part in plays every summer. She studied fine art and scriptwriting, and worked as a copywriter for several years, before she began persuing acting in 2016.
