Airi Matsui

Matsui Airi is a Iwaki, Fukushima-born Japanese model, actress and singer managed by Amuse. She was born in eastern Japan on 26.12.1996. She was part of the founding line-up of schoolgirl band Sakura Gakuin in the spring of 2010 and graduated from the school/band in March 2012. Between 2011 and 2012 Airi was a member of the Sakura Gakuin sub-group duo Scoopers as well. Matsuichan has been starring on the small and bis screen continuously since 2013 appearing in films like Flying Colours and Yell For The Azure Sky. Her lingerie and swimsuit book appeared in 2015. She also became the Sunday night weather girl for NTV's Going! Sports and News in the same year. She admitted to studying and being nervous prior to her debut on Nippon Television.
