Mykle McCoslin was born in Houston, Texas to her Irish-American father, Dennis Michael McCoslin, and her Honduran mother, Emma Cardona. She first began acting after seeing the movie, Grease, with the help of her Grandmother Elvis, who taught her how to sing, dance and improvise as a child in a small Texas town called Donie. Mykle moved to California to attend college, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Southern California. She studied acting for many years at the famed Beverly Hills Playhouse under the direction of Milton Katselas, Jeffrey Tambor, and Al Mancini. Mykle made her film debut in the award-winning short, ED and is known for her work in Preacher, Run with the Hunted and The Astronaut Wives Club. A proud member of Actors' Equity and SAG-AFTRA, Mykle serves as President of the Houston-Austin SAG-AFTRA local, as well as a member of the Union's National Commercial Performers Committee. Her first novel, "My Grandma Elvis," is set to be released in 2020. She is currently adapting it into a screenplay which she plans to direct. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Deneka Scott
