Carlos Antonio Amselle was born in Washington DC to a Nicaraguan mother and a French father. He attended the University of Maryland initially in hopes of becoming an attorney, but changed his major to acting after his Freshman year. After beginning his career locally appearing in theatre, and television, he made the move to New York and London where he resided for 2 years before landing in Los Angeles in 2000. His fluency in 4 languages has made it feasible for him to work on both coasts and both sides of the Atlantic and achieve successful voice over employment.
