Fatima Robinson has long been acclaimed for her work as Choreographer for artists, such as Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell Williams, Sade, Halsey and many more. Renowned for her ability to blend classic dance-styles with her distinct hip hop flavor, Fatima has choreographed for notable spots including Target, Chanel, H&M, Burberry, Pepsi, Gap, Ipod, Nissan, Verizon, Motorola and Heineken. She has served as music video director for artists like Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony, Black Eyed Peas, Martina Stoessel and more. On television, her choreography has been featured on such popular shows such as the Voice, Dancing With the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, and American Idol. She also notably choreographed the 2011 Super Bowl Halftime show with the Black Eyed Peas, 2012 Coachella Tupac Hologram, as well as the 2007 and 2009 Academy Awards, making her the second African American woman in history to do so (Debbie Allen was the first). Fatima's unique vision expands beyond just the steps of the choreography and into the outstanding overall look of these events as creative director and producer. She recently produced "Taking the Stage: African American Music and Stories That Changed America", the concert honoring the opening of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. Fatima also served as executive producer for VH1 Hip Hop Honors in 2016 and 2017. In 2014/2015/2016, she served as segment producer and choreographer for NBC's hit series the Voice.
