Gabriele Falsetta was born in Genoa. He left school at 15 to work in a factory At 23 years old he entered the Piccolo Teatro Acting School in Milan, where he graduated in 2008. During his theatre career, he had the opportunity to work with great actors such as Luca Ronconi, Fadhel Jaiibi and Declan Donnellan, taking part in more than thirty plays. In 2017 he took part in the Roma Europa Festival with the show "SS/Santo Subito", part of the Werner Schwab Trilogy directed by Dante Antonelli. In 2013, together with his brother Jacopo, he founded independent production company Frömell Films and produced his first documentary "Dust, the wanted life", which screenedat the 33rd Torino Film Festival. He made his feature acting film debut in "Sicilian Ghost Story", the second movie by A. Piazza and F. Grassadonia, which opened the Semaine de la Critique at Cannes 2017.
