Matt Chapman first stepped on set in the 2001 movie Pearl Harbor as a background sailor on the USS Arizona. As an active duty U.S. Army officer, Matt was not available to pursue acting for several years after this experience due to operational and combat deployments in countries including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. Inspired by his brother Paul H. Chapman, a successful actor (Imperium), Matt started to pursue acting in the fast-paced and exciting productions of Hawaii Five-0 on the island of Oahu. Matt appears in several episodes in seasons 4-8.
