Al'Jaleel McGhee

Al'Jaleel McGhee is an award-winning American actor of stage and screen. Some of his notable stage appearances included: Blues For an Alabama Sky (Court Theatre); Paradise Blue (Timeline Theatre); Breach (Victory Gardens Biograph Theatre, World Premiere), To Catch A Fish (Timeline Theatre, World Premiere). Among his awards are: Black Theatre Alliance Award for Best Leading Actor In a Play; African-American Arts Alliance Black Excellence Award Nomination for Outstanding Achievement as an Actor. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, before going on to study the Meisner Acting Technique under Master Acting teacher, Kathryn Gately, at the Gately/Poole Acting Studio.
