Most recently Ms. Danieley played Jesse Orcutt in the movie "American Pastoral" based on the Pulitzer Prize winning novel by Philip Roth, directed by Ewan McGregor and starring Ewan McGregor, Jennifer Connelly, and Dakota Fanning. She also played Betty Ireton in the feature film "A Kind of Murder" directed by Andy Goddard and starring Patrick Wilson and Jessica Biel. A member of Actor's Equity Association, Ms. Danieley has performed off-Broadway and regionally. A few of her favorite stage roles include: Roxanne in "Cyrano de Bergerac", Katarina in "Taming of the Shrew", Tamora in "Titus Andronicus", Mabel in "Pride's Crossing", and the Skriker in Caryl Churchill's "The Skriker". In addition to her performance work, Ms. Danieley is an Associate Professor of Theatre, Performance in the School of the Arts at Northern Kentucky University. She directs main stage productions and teaches courses in acting, voice for the actor, audition techniques, performing Shakespeare, and The Alexander Technique. She earned her MFA in Acting from Illinois State University. Favorite regional and university directing credits include: Kiss Me Kate, The Grapes of Wrath, The Winter's Tale, Company, Failure: A Love Story, A... My Name is Alice, Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night, The Tempest, A Christmas Carol, and She Loves Me. Ms. Danieley is a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (ISMETA), a Certified Teacher of The Alexander Technique (ATI) and a Certified Teacher of the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique.
