Tahirah Sharif

Tahirah Sharif was born in London, England and attended The BRIT School for Performing Arts where she studied Theatre. She was raised by her Pakistani mother who is a teacher, and Jamaican father who works in the social sector. She is known for her lead regular roles in award winning BBC dramas Waterloo Road and Casualty. She has also had lead guest star roles in various accomplished television series including Doctors , Whitechapel and One Night. In 2013 she landed her first feature film role in The Invisible Woman directed by and starring British acting royalty Ralph Fiennes. She has gone on to star in the highly successful and popular feature film 'Christmas Prince' franchise on Netflix starring alongside the likes of Rose McIver (iZombie), Alice Krige (The OA) and Sarah Douglas (Superman). As well as appearing on screen numerous times, she has also starred in several stage plays including Moon on a Rainbow Shawl (National Theatre), Firebird (Hampstead Theatre/Trafalgar Studios) and Crawling in the Dark (Almeida Theatre). - IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
